About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Alterations Specialist to join our team in an on-site role. In this position, you will primarily focus on hemming pants according to specific measurements provided by customers or internal orders. The ideal candidate will have strong sewing and tailoring skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to speak both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform alterations on garments, with a primary focus on hemming pants to exact measurements
Ensure all alterations meet high standards of craftsmanship, fit, and finish
Communicate with team members to clarify alteration requests and timelines
Maintain accurate records of work completed and follow company procedures for tracking garments
Manage time effectively to complete alterations within required deadlines
Inspect garments for quality control before and after alterations

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sewing, tailoring, or alterations (hemming experience required)
Ability to read and interpret measurements and alteration instructions
High attention to detail and precision in sewing
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bilingual – fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Comfortable working in an in-office setting
