We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic educators from the U.S. and Canada to teach English to children aged 3 to 18, based in Asia. What You'll Do
Teach one-on-one English classes to children (ages 3-18)
Conduct 25-minute lessons using the Total Physical Response (TPR) method to keep students engaged
Create a fun and interactive classroom experience
Follow the structured curriculum and provided teaching materials
Maintain punctuality and preparedness for each class
Open a minimum of 10 peak hours per week
What We're Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor's degree (preferred in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, English, or Literature)
A teaching license or certification issued by a U.S. or Canadian state agency or recognized teaching association
At least one year of teaching experience in a public or international school
Ability to teach using TPR (Total Physical Response) methods
Energetic, engaging, and passionate about teaching
Reliable, punctual, and able to teach independently
Technical Requirements:
PC Requirements: Windows Intel Core i5 2.3 GHz or above; MacBook Pro/iMac (post-2016); MacBook Air (post-2020); 8GB RAM or greater
Internet: Stable fiber connection with minimum 50 Mbps bandwidth (10 Mbps download speed)
Accessories: Noise-canceling headset, HD webcam, and a quiet, well-lit teaching space
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 6 PM - 9 PM Beijing Time
Saturday to Sunday: 9 AM - 9 PM Beijing Time
Teachers must be available for at least 10 peak hours per week
