We are looking for Assembly Line Workers to join a leading manufacturer in Peterborough, New Hampshire, specializing in safety-critical components for the aerospace and defense industries. As a direct hire, you will be responsible for assembling complex systems used in high-stakes applications that support national defense and aerospace efforts.

Key Responsibilities - Assembly Line Workers:

• Assemble high-precision components according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that all assemblies meet strict standards.
• Follow standard procedures for handling, inspecting, and testing components.
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Experience - Assembly Line Workers:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and perform physical tasks.
