GMS, one of the country’s leading CPEOs, is looking for a high energy individual with B2B sales and relationship building skills to join our Benefits Sales Team.

First what does a Benefits Sales Representative do?

• Meet with prospective clients obtained through warm leads to discuss benefit options using a consultative sales approach - No cold calling!
• Develop quotes and create proposals based on clients' needs
• Walk through explanation of quotes and present proposal to decision makers of small businesses
• Provide support during implementation process
• Facilitate employee roll-outs for appropriate benefit lines chosen

• Base Salary Range between $50,000-$60,000 + Uncapped, Residual Commissions.

Qualifications for this role:

• Experience - 1-2 years related experience required; Experience in health insurance or customer service preferred
• Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Other - Current State's License in Life and Health insurance is required or may be obtained within 90 days of employment; Valid driver's license is required for travel
