We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers while addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
• Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
