Our Contact Center Representatives are passionate about helping customers and making every interaction an unforgettable experience. We want team members with personalities that will show through on the phone, who love making an impact with every customer interaction.

Working as a Virtual Contact Center Representative You Will:

• Perform efficient and elite inbound and outbounds calls.
• Set appointments, follow-up on appointments, and provide information to customers.
• Understand and work towards achieving all key performance indicator standards.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1 on 1 sessions to be coached, monitored, and supported by Call Control to ensure continuous achievement of individualized goals.
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings with Management, Ownership, and other team members.
• Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.

Note: This position's starting pay rate is $11.00/hour, with per call commission starting at the 90-day mark. All applications, interviews, orientation, and training will be completed virtually.

Position Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Some automotive knowledge is preferred
• Ability to sit, work on a computer, and speak consistently for extended periods of time
• Must own and provide work equipment for work from home

Schedule/Availability
Monday through Saturday 1:00pm-8:00pm EST
