Job Responsibilities & Description for the Call Center Representatives: - High School Diploma required
- Answer inbound calls and reach first touch resolution on borrower questions or issues
- Record customer interactions, open/close activities in system of record
- Follow and understand all operational guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards
Job Requirements for the Call Center Representatives: - High School Diploma required
- Good oral communication, and organization skills
- Basic computer skills required
- Customer service experience required
- Required to work 40 hours a week, including 2 night shifts
- Required attendance and completion of training program
