About the Role
The Company is seeking a President/CEO to provide a strategic vision that will enhance the financial stability and foster sustainable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a culture of accountability, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing operational efficiency. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of both front and back-office credit union operations, strong financial analytical skills, and a proven track record of effectively leading and challenging an executive team.
