About Us:
Assurance Roofing Services (ARS) is a rapidly-growing roofing contractor with a proud reputation for quality and professionalism. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:
In the Project Manager roll you will be responsible for the field operations of the company. This includes: registering NDL projects with manufacturers, attending weekly jobsite meetings, updating schedules, maintaining open communications with GC’s and internal crews, placing material orders, calling inspections, and other tasks as may be required to keep the projects flowing smoothly.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in project management within the commercial roofing industry. (Candidates that do not meet this requirement need not apply).
• Able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Organizational, Analytical, Problem Solving and People Skills able to thrive in fast paced environment
• Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)
• Roofing and/or General Construction experience required
• A Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Able to climb up & down ladders to heights of 10 - 50 feet
• Experience with: TPO, PVC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, and COATINGS but, will train the right individual
• 5+ years of PM Experience, or College Degree in Construction Management or similar; preferred
• English (Required), Spanish (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be in charge of field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Ensure all OSHA regulations are adhered too and enforce jobsite cleanliness.
• Ensure that all pertinent documentation is in order prior to job start.
• Attend weekly jobsite meetings as required.
• Order materials and coordinate delivery and crew availability.
• Supervise work crews and conduct regular in-progress visits to ensure productivity goals are met or exceeded.
• Schedule and coordinate all required project inspections with AHJ
• Ensure daily reports from crews are completed
• Work with accounting department to ensure proper and timely billing of projects
