Job Opportunity: Concrete Pump Mechanic

Western Mixer is seeking a skilled Concrete Pump Mechanic to join our team in the Mesa/Phoenix area.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on concrete pumps to ensure optimal functionality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with concrete pumping equipment.
• Conduct timely and effective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Inspect and test concrete pumps to verify proper operation.
• Maintain detailed records of service and repair activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic, preferably with concrete pumps.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and diesel engines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks.

Skills:

• Line Pump experience is required; Boom Pump experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Hydraulic System Maintenance
