Location: Central Belt Hours: 40 hrs a week Perks: Company car Salary: £50,000 Job Objectives and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall delivery of all aspects of the contract(s), including Facilities Management Services, client liaison, and monitoring suppliers and contractors.
• Full ownership of the P&L for the portfolio.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and relationships.

Main Duties

• Deliver all services to the highest standard.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
• Meet contractual and budgetary requirements.
• Manage financial forecasts, WIP, accrued income, comp spend, and debt.
• Plan and cost works within contract restraints.
• Manage PPM, open and aged jobs, and quotes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Maintain statutory and mandatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain FMR/Risk Registers.
• Build a projects pipeline.
• Oversee asset management and verification.
• Drive innovation and recommend service improvements.
• Produce and present monthly reports, conducting root cause analysis and recommending improvements.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
• Manage and support site teams, handling HR matters, appraisals, and succession planning.
• Report progress and developments to clients.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Investigate and monitor accidents and near misses.
• Work with teams to achieve performance targets safely and efficiently.

Person Specification

• Previous experience in a commercial environment.
• Facilities Management (FM) background preferred.
• M&E background or knowledge desirable.
• Strong customer service skills.
• P&L management experience (preferred).
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work on own initiative.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail for completing paperwork accurately.
• Effective verbal communication with colleagues and customers.

Summary As a Contract Manager, you will oversee and manage contracts to ensure compliance and performance.
