• Work with the dentist and dental hygienists to create detailed treatment plans for patients.
• Explain proposed treatment options to patients in an understandable manner.
• Assist patients with understanding financial aspects of their treatment, including payment plans, insurance coverage, and out-of-pocket costs.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the dental office to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage the office team, including front desk staff and clinical support staff, ensuring productivity and a positive work environment.
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
• Oversee office supplies inventory, ordering, and maintaining stock.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring a positive experience for patients.
• Implement and oversee office policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, creating a welcoming and comfortable office environment.
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner, resolving issues as needed.
