• Assist in organizing and executing corporate events, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor communication, and event setup.
• Support the team in event planning by preparing schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure smooth event execution by handling on-site tasks and troubleshooting any issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and event participants.
• Assist in post-event evaluations and gather feedback for future improvements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing event needs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
