Job Summary:

We are is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of company events. This role involves coordinating logistics, assisting with event setup, and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and coordinating corporate events, meetings, and promotional activities.
• Support event logistics, including venue setup, vendor coordination, and materials preparation.
• Help with guest registration and ensure smooth event execution.
• Communicate with vendors, partners, and team members to align event details.
• Handle post-event tasks such as feedback collection and reporting.
• Ensure all events align with company branding and objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Planning, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
