Who We’re Looking For:

As we rapidly grow and expand across the West Coast, we’re looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to roll up their sleeves and learn all about marketing, sales, promotions, and customer service. The ideal candidates are well-rounded, quick to learn, and excited about taking on new challenges in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Execution: Participate in the planning, organizing, and execution of events that promote our clients’ causes.
• Customer & Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and clients to increase brand awareness and support fundraising initiatives.
• Hands-On Marketing & Sales: Work in various roles in marketing, sales, and customer service, helping promote our clients’ causes.
• Event Operations: Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring smooth and efficient on-site operations.
• Leadership Development: Develop skills to eventually manage a small team, oversee events, and interact directly with clients.
• Comprehensive Training: Complete an in-depth training program designed to help you grow into a leadership role within the company.
