Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Marketing / Promotional Events Associate , you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events and promotional campaigns designed to elevate our clients’ brand visibility. You will gain valuable experience in marketing , promotions , and customer engagement , while working alongside a collaborative and energetic team of marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Execution : Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of events to promote clients’ brands, products, and services.
  • Brand Promotion : Engage directly with attendees to promote brand awareness, share product information, and create positive brand experiences.
  • Customer Interaction : Provide exceptional customer service at events, building relationships with potential clients and increasing brand loyalty.
  • Promotional Campaigns : Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, in-person events, and other promotional platforms.
  • Market Research : Gather customer feedback and insights during events to help improve future campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to ensure smooth event execution and achieve team goals.
  • Administrative Support : Assist in event coordination, including managing schedules, promotional materials, and logistics to ensure events run seamlessly.

Qualifications:

  • No experience required—this is an entry-level position with full training provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in marketing , communications , or a related field is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have full work authorization in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
