We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support our event planning and execution processes. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth event operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and private events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all event needs are met.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting.
