Job Description
Expert Staffing West is seeking a General Labor Paint Prepper for a leading manufacturer in the city of Chino, California.
1st shift: 5:00am - 2:30pm
Pay DOE: $19 - $21
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Apply coating with electric static airless spray guns
• Maintain painting equipment, which includes making minor repairs and ensuring proper supplies are on hand to complete assigned tasks
• ·Work effectively as a member of a team, while continuously striving to improve and develop individual skills and knowledge
• Apply epoxy and polyurethane coatings in a manufacturing environment
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Meet or exceed deadlines and schedules
• Comply with all safety rules and guidelines
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Knowledge of surface preparation such as sanding surfaces, applying filler and removing imperfections, priming surfaces, and masking areas from paint.
• Operate various pieces of equipment, such as forklifts, spray guns, and other specialty equipment.
