Job Highlights: Flexible Schedule Client's Timezone - Hawaii Job Description We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Illustrator with strong graphic design and drawing skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality illustrations, focusing on drawing and illustrating biology topics, medical and dermatology/skin diseases. One of the primary focuses is crafting original illustrations and graphical assets. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and experience in creating illustrations from scratch, we would love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Create original, high-quality illustrations, primarily focusing on drawing and illustrating rash pictures and other design elements. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and project goals. Design a variety of graphics for both digital and print, including social media, web, email campaigns, and other collateral as needed. Iterate on designs based on feedback, ensuring that the final graphics meet high standards for quality and consistency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within set deadlines. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance quality and efficiency. Drawing and illustrating biology topics, medical and dermatological/skin diseases. Requirements Required Skills and Experience Graphic Design: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools. Illustration: Strong hand-drawing and digital illustration skills, with the ability to create unique, high-quality illustrations from scratch. Creativity: A creative thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing illustrative work and design projects. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in producing clean, polished visuals that align with brand standards. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on illustrations related to medical, wellness, or health themes (for context-specific illustration needs). Familiarity with other design and drawing tools such as Procreate or CorelDRAW. Knowledge of digital marketing basics and experience creating visual content for social media platforms. Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
