International Marketing Manager to join our Global Business team. This role is instrumental in promoting Iowa's manufactured and value-added goods and services on the global stage. The International Marketing Manager will also participate in domestic and international travel to conduct trade missions, trade shows and other trade-related events.
Responsibilities: Trade Program Promotion and Coordination - Lead and coordinate trade promotion programs for Iowa's manufacturers, processors, and service companies to penetrate foreign markets.
- Organize, recruit, and conduct trade missions, trade shows, and other trade-related events. Facilitate in-bound trade delegations.
- Conduct export workshops and seminars.
- Develop and maintain international export educational materials and resources, including online trade resources, newsletters, and training guides.
- Act as a liaison with international offices and various organizations (private and governmental, domestic and international) involved in international trade promotion.
- Collaborate with other members of the Global Business team to support and execute team initiatives.

Minimum Qualification Requirements Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a major emphasis in the fields of research, planning, economics, finance, public relations, business, corporate finance, journalism, or marketing and four years of full-time experience in specialized technical support work which included responsibility for interpreting laws, rules, and regulations, and/or securing compliance with them; or compiling and evaluating statistical, historical, economic, business, financial or related technical program data;
OR
an equivalent combination of education and experience substituting one year of the required experience for each year (thirty semester or equivalent hours) of the required education.
