We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-driven KYC Analyst to join our client onboarding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, and customer due diligence (CDD) processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all new and existing clients meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements while providing a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct KYC due diligence for new client onboarding and periodic reviews of existing clients.

Analyze and verify client documentation, including identification, corporate structure, source of funds, and risk assessments.

Identify and escalate potential red flags and high-risk activities to the compliance team.

Ensure compliance with AML regulations, FATCA, and other applicable financial regulations.

Work closely with internal stakeholders (compliance, legal, and relationship managers) to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Accurately document and track client information within internal systems.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in KYC, AML compliance, or client onboarding in the financial industry.

Strong knowledge of global and local KYC/AML regulations.

Experience with risk assessment methodologies and screening tools (e.g., World-Check, LexisNexis, or similar).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance software platforms
