Lead JavaScript Developer Description

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Lead JavaScript Developer to spearhead our technology division.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for setting the technical vision, designing scalable systems, and leading the development team in executing high-quality software solutions that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the technical architecture and roadmaps for software development projects
  • Lead the strategic planning and design of software systems, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical strategies
  • Oversee the development process, providing technical leadership, and mentoring to the development team
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their applicability to our goals
  • Ensure system integrity and security with appropriate technological solutions
  • Optimize existing systems for improved performance and scalability
  • Manage risks associated with information technology architectures and processes
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the tech team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Lead Developer, or CTO, preferably within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks relevant to the project needs
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and making critical decisions
