What You'll Do

• Transform raw materials into stunning, high-quality signs that become part of a business owner's brand.
• Read and interpret plans and blueprints to craft precise, creative designs.
• Use your expertise in metal fabrication, welding, and light electrical work to build signs that exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background checks.
• Experience with hand tools, welding, and metal-working is a must; electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks like standing, kneeling, and climbing.
