What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in designated senior living communities
• Evaluate mobility, function, balance, and strength to create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy including gait training, therapeutic exercise, and fall prevention
• Educate residents and caregivers on safe movement and ongoing wellness
• Collaborate with nurses and other care team members to ensure holistic client care
• Document using user-friendly tablet EMR

What You’ll Need:

• Active Delaware Physical Therapist license
• At least 1 year of recent clinical PT experience
• APTA-accredited degree in Physical Therapy
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Comfort working independently in a community-based setting
