Packaging & Assembly Associate
Pay: $17.00/hr

Functional Industries is seeking a dedicated Packaging & Assembly Associate to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you won’t just assemble and package products—you’ll help us deliver excellence to our clients while supporting a nonprofit that makes a real difference.

Your Role:

• Assemble products with precision and care, ensuring every detail meets our high-quality standards.
• Conduct quality control with an unwavering focus on accuracy.
• Stay on schedule and meet production deadlines with a proactive, organized approach.
• Maintain focus and efficiency in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Attention to detail that ensures every product meets the highest standards of excellence.
• The ability to work efficiently while meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Physical capability to bend, twist, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• A strong sense of responsibility and reliability, backed by a clear background check and OIG clearance, and a commitment to working alongside adults with disabilities to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (preferred but not required).
• One year of experience in assembly or packaging (preferred but we’re happy to train someone eager to learn).
