**Job Title: Painter** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will use an HVLP spray gun to paint doors and perform various painting tasks, including masking, taping, and electrostatic painting. **Responsibilities** + Utilize HVLP spray gun for painting doors. + Perform high-quality painting and finishing work. + Conduct masking and taping to prepare surfaces for painting. + Execute automotive painting techniques. + Apply electrostatic painting methods. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using a spray gun. + Experience in painting and paint preparation. + Knowledge of sanding and paint booth operations. + Background in automotive or production painting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a construction background is advantageous. + Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment. + Willingness to cross-train and assist other employees. **Work Environment** The position is based in a door manufacturing company operating on a conveyor-type system. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
