• Job Title: Experienced Anesthesiologist Full-Time Opportunity in Southeast Florida

  Location: Wellington, FL (Outpatient & Inpatient Coverage)

  A well-established healthcare facility in Southeast Florida is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist with recent, relevant experience to join a collaborative care team. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent Monday Friday schedule in a high-volume setting that includes general surgical, orthopedic, and OB/GYN cases.

  Position Highlights:

• Start Date: Dependent on credentialing estimated 90 120 days

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Model: Care team structure with 17 CRNAs and 8 Anesthesiologists

• Case Volume: Approx. 1,200 surgical cases monthly

• OB Volume: Approx. 200 deliveries/month

• Cross-Credentialing Required at nearby affiliated surgery center

• EMR System: Cerner

• Certifications Required:

• BLS

• ACLS

• Board Certification in Anesthesiology

• Compensation & Benefits:

• Highly competitive rate based on experience and availability

• Not eligible for commission or bonus structure

• Interview Process:

• A virtual interview (Zoom/call) with the Site Medical Director and Clinical Leadership is required prior to presentation.

• Submissions must include a contact number and best times for contact over the next 2 weeks to avoid delays.

• Availability Details to Provide with Submission:

• First available start date

• Number of shifts available per month

• Month with full schedule availability

• Shift preferences (days, nights, blocks)

• Any unavailable dates over the next 3 6 months

• Holidays they're willing to work during that period

• • Minimum 2 years of recent on-the-job experience

  • Must have clean background no prior malpractice or NPDB issues

  • Willingness to submit:

    • Skills checklist

    • NPDB self-query (clinician must agree to submit directly)

    • Signed disclosure form

    • Up-to-date CV

  • Must have full-time open availability

  Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certification in Anesthesiology required (no Board Eligible)

• Active Florida medical license (required prior to submission)

• Case Types Include:

• General Surgery (e.g., hernia, appendectomy, cholecystectomy)

• Orthopedics (knees, hips)

• Robotic-assisted surgeries (e.g., Robotic TAH)

• OB, GYN, Urology, Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, Neurosurgery, Bariatrics, Vascular

• No Cardiac, Trauma, or Pediatrics
