Process Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Fort Worth Metro Area (On-Site Required)

Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in precision-engineered steel structures , is seeking a Process Manufacturing Engineer to drive operational improvements, optimize manufacturing processes, and enhance overall efficiency. This role is instrumental in modernizing production systems and ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety in a fast-paced, engineered-to-order manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Optimize & Document Processes: Develop, document, and implement manufacturing best practices to improve product quality and cost efficiency.
• Enhance Operational Performance: Identify process inefficiencies and introduce Lean manufacturing techniques and automation solutions.
• Implement New Technologies: Research, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge manufacturing technologies to modernize production.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Continuous Improvement & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support, troubleshoot production challenges, and maximize productivity .
• Drive a Culture of Excellence: Actively participate in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to support continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably engineered-to-order production .
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and automation implementation.
• Experience with ERP Systems. Oracle/NetSuite (strongly preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Six Sigma Certification (preferred); PMP certification a plus .
• On-site position—no remote work option available .
