  • Mentor team members across disciplines to ensure technical and delivery excellence.
  • Develop internal training sessions and maintain onboarding practices to enhance the skills of new hires.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to build innovative systems and improve efficiency in deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in mobile release management, with knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android, App Store, Play Store).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and experience in managing complex projects and prioritizing multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor teams.
  • Ability to interpret and synthesize data from multiple sources to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Creative thinking and ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with workflow management tools like Airtable.
  • Understanding of existing procedures and corporate culture within large-scale engineering organizations.
