Become a Corporate Travel Agent with AAA Club Alliance!

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Agent to join our dynamic Corporate Travel team. In this role, you will manage domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals, while ensuring cost efficiency and outstanding service. Expertise in SABRE GDS and prior experience in Corporate Travel are key to thriving in this position.

  • Compensation: The starting base compensation for this position is $16.10 to $30.86.The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

What You'll Do:
  • Book domestic reservations for air travel, hotel, and car rentals.
  • Respond to requests for domestic and international price quotations.
  • Promote acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies.
  • Maintain professional client relations through prompt and accurate communication.
  • Stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs.
  • Achieve individual and contractual service level goals.
  • Manage client profiles and manage special requests.
  • Monitor global distribution systems (GDS) queues to maintain quality control.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service using effective phone communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of recent experience as a Travel Consultant within the last 6 years.
  • Preferably 1+ year of international travel experience.
  • Corporate Travel experience and proficiency in Sabre GDS are required.
