Key Responsibilities: Conduct Financial Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex financial data to provide actionable insights. Prepare Reports and Presentations: Develop clear and concise reports and presentations that summarize findings and support decision-making. Forecast Future Trends: Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to predict future trends and support budgeting processes. Maintain Financial Databases: Organize and maintain spreadsheets and financial databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with various departments to gather and validate financial information, ensuring consistency in reporting. Support Budget Development: Contribute to the development of annual budgets and forecasts by providing valuable insights and assisting in the preparation of financial models. Analyze Variances: Monitor and analyze discrepancies between actual and budgeted/forecasted results, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions. Participate in Ad-Hoc Projects: Collaborate with senior financial analysts and managers on special projects and assignments. What We're Looking For: Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial modeling tools. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Work Environment: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. Additional Assets: Relevant internship or academic projects in finance or related fields are a plus.
