Job Description We are seeking an experienced product leader with deep expertise in ecommerce, online advertising, and marketing technology. As the Senior Manager of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer experience at Nordstrom. Your responsibilities will include optimizing our marketing infrastructure to attract and retain valued Nordstrom customers and driving the growth of the Nordstrom Media Network by enhancing the relevance and performance of our ad products featuring some of Nordstrom's most valued brands.
The Sr. Manager of Product Management is a key member of the Nordstrom Product Management team, championing the customer experience through data-driven insights and delivering key features, functionality, and programs for Nordstrom. You will ensure we build the right products and capabilities for our customers and our business. As an experienced and savvy product leader, your day-to-day activities will range from planning product roadmaps and leading product discovery to measuring and communicating the results of what we build, all while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities: - Support Nordstrom's marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition, retention, and impactful experiences for new and existing Nordstrom customers. This includes email marketing, onsite digital placements and offers, and in-app and push notifications. As part of this effort, you will need to understand digital marketing trends with a particular focus on loyalty and customer engagement.
- Enhance and deliver delightful advertising experiences on behalf of some of Nordstrom's most valued brands, with a focus on our growing portfolio of onsite display and sponsored listings, delivering strong ad performance while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Loyalty business teams, serving as a thought partner on our martech infrastructure, helping unlock new, best-in-class capabilities.
- Manage key relationships with third-party partners to drive efficiency and impact for our marketing business and product teams.
A Day in the Life: - Develop and manage customer experience product strategies with the product management team.
- Partner with UX, Research, and Engineering on feature design and development.
- Build and review A/B test plans with analytics.
- Drive ownership of features and services throughout the product lifecycle for our cross-channel customer experiences.
- Collaborate with peers and leaders across the enterprise to solicit needs, define vision, and ensure outcomes align with enterprise priorities and goals.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of product managers to adopt best practices, develop their expertise, and effectively drive business growth.
Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years of product management experience with 5+ years of people management experience, with a focus on online advertising, marketing technology, and ecommerce.
- Experience supporting online advertising and digital marketing teams and driving marketing results through a product lens; a strong foundational understanding of digital marketing best practices, KPIs, and measuring success.
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or related experience required.
- Ability to inspire others, including demonstrated experience leading strong teams.
- Technical background and understanding of software development and A/B testing.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Pay Range Details The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $162,000 - $297,000 Annually
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
