Position: Sr. Project Manager (DIRECT HIRE)

Salary: Up to $160k

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's In Civil Engineering, Environmental Land Planning, Land Surveying, Industrial Engineering

• License as a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida.

• 8 years’ experience required with wetland and surface water mitigation, minimization and reduction; erosion control best management plans (BMPs) including sediment basins, skimmer basins, and diversion ditches (3 years of experience within the 8 years with closed basin stormwater design)

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D design and modeling with surfaces and pipe networks;

• Experience with ICPR modeling with and without Percolation rings

• 20% domestic travel to client sites and meetings

Job Description:

Insight Global is looking for a Sr Project Manager in the Orlando, Florida area. The Sr Project Manager will be responsible for: Job Duties:

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery.

• Project Oversight: Oversee the design and implementation of closed basin stormwater projects, focusing on nutrient net improvement in impaired water bodies and FEMA floodplains.

• Expert Guidance: Provide expert advice in stormwater engineering, offering value engineering recommendations to clients for optimized project outcomes.

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and goals, ensuring high satisfaction and successful project delivery.

• Permitting Management: Handle the permitting process for projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Project Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Design Leadership: Lead design efforts for master planned Single-Family, Multifamily, and Build-to-Rent communities, including AutoCAD Civil 3D drawing and modeling, mass grading, AGTEK cut and fill analysis, and multiple interconnected lift station designs.

• Stormwater Design: Design stormwater systems using ICPR with and without percolation rings, and perform recovery and infiltration analysis with PONDS.

• Erosion Control: Develop erosion control best management practices (BMPs) such as sediment basins, skimmer basins, and diversion ditches.
