We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable  Tasting Room Associate to join our team and create memorable experiences for our guests. If you love wine, enjoy working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, and want to be part of a growing winery, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Overview:

As a Tasting Room Associate, you will be responsible for providing guests with a warm welcome, guiding them through tastings, sharing our wine stories, and helping them find wines they’ll love. This is a seasonal position with shifts during our busy summer months, and reduced hours in the fall and winter. We are happy to train you about wine!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to guests in the tasting room.
• Lead wine tastings, educating guests on the wines we produce and the winemaking process.
• Offer suggestions based on customers’ preferences, helping them choose wines for purchase.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized tasting room.
• Assist with inventory management and wine sales.
• Support special events, tours, and private tastings as needed.
• Help with general winery operations including setting up and breaking down tasting events.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about wine and the wine industry (experience in the industry is a plus but not required).
• Enthusiastic and personable, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (required during busy months).
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift cases of wine (up to 40 lbs) and assist with setup and breakdown for events.
