TACT STAFF is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Edgewood Hospital\n\nBenefits:\n\nTACT Staff offers Day 1 Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision, Travel Reimbursement (for travel assignments), Sick Pay & much more!\n\nAsk about our $1000.00 Inspire a Friend referral program!\n\nGood interpersonal and communication skills is a requirement\n\nFacility: Saint Elizabeth Edgewood\nPosition: Pharmacist Inpatient\nShift: MIDS 5,8s (1330 - 2200)\nStart Date: ASAP (2 weeks minimum needed for compliance). \nAllied travelers can start any day of the week (M-F, if necessary if the KY license is in hand)!\n *KY license takes approximately 4-5 weeks to obtain.\nContract Length: 13 weeks\nShift: 8 hours and starts at 13:30 and ends at 22:00, responsible for every 4th weekend.\n\nRequirements:\nEPIC highly preferred.\nPharmD (Graduate from ACPE accredited pharmacy college), State License, and ACLS, BLS required.\nKY LIC can be pending at time of submission. Must be in hand at time of start.\n2 years of experience required (Two years of experience in an inpatient clinical setting or completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 residency)\nTravel experience preferred \nSkills: Provide Pharmaceutical Care to patients with an emphasis on clinical monitoring and therapeutic interventions that improve patient outcome. Provide information and educational programs to customers. Assist with the maintenance of Performance Improvement processes to constantly improve our Medication Use Process.
