Salary: $15 - $20 per hour

As a UX UI Designer, you will be an integral part of our Design Team, working closely with experienced designers to contribute to creating and enhancing user interfaces for our digital products. This position provides an excellent chance to acquire practical experience in UX design within a dynamic and collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

Wireframing and Prototyping:

• Work closely with UX designers to create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Iterate design concepts based on feedback and usability testing.

UI Design Support:

• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Assist in the development of design assets and specifications.
  

Usability Testing:

• Support the planning and execution of usability testing sessions.
• Compile and analyze usability test results to provide actionable recommendations.

Documentation:

• Contribute to creating design documentation, including user flows, personas, and design guidelines.
• Maintain organized project documentation for reference and knowledge sharing.

Stay Current on Design Trends:

• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX design.
• Share insights and findings with the team to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Assist in User Research:

• Help analyze and interpret user feedback to inform design decisions.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and usability.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
