Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates who take responsibility for operating assigned machinery. You are ensuring the machine and production runs smoothly, works at capacity without issue, and is appropriately maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble box sheets from plastic materials, ensuring they meet quality standards
• Operate printing equipment to apply logos or designs to the box sheets accurately
• Fold and prepare finished box sheets for packaging and shipment
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure consistency and defect-free products

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic knowledge of printing and folding equipment is a plus

The base pay range for this position is $31,200, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
