As an Event Assistant, you’ll be a key player in the planning and execution of a variety of exciting events, ensuring every detail aligns with client objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events that meet client expectations.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their event vision and goals.
  • Provide timely updates to clients and address questions or concerns.
  • Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff.
  • Organize materials, resources, and equipment to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Provide on-site support during events, managing registrations, coordinating activities, and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, production) for seamless event execution.
  • Work closely with external vendors and partners to align event components.
  • Collect post-event feedback from clients, attendees, and team members to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compile detailed post-event reports and insights to evaluate event success.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
