Location: Cleveland, OH (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $51,240 - $62,450 per year We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event planning and coordination. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in the organization and execution of a variety of events, from corporate functions to social gatherings. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and executing various events, ensuring all elements run smoothly.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
  • Research and source vendors, venues, and supplies for events as needed.
  • Support on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Help manage event budgets and track expenses to stay within financial limits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media and other channels.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently when necessary.
