Job Title & Role Description: The Junior Business Analyst at Upward Health plays a key role in supporting the organization's health plan partnerships by assisting with both internal and external reporting needs. This position involves creating and maintaining regular reports, presentations, and handling ad-hoc data requests from various departments. The Junior Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making processes, ensuring that the organization's business objectives are met. This role is ideal for an individual who is eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the success of the team and the organization. Skills Required: Strong ability to work with and analyze large datasets, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Jira and clinical applications such as EHR and care management systems. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset to tackle a variety of tasks and challenges. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and interact with various stakeholders.
