Job Description

Our client, a leader in waste management, is seeking a Landfill Laborer to join their team. As a Landfill Laborer, you will be part of the operations team supporting environmental sustainability efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a commitment to safety, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Landfill Laborer

Location: Millington, TN
Shift: 7:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Pay Range: $17.00

What's the Job?

• Assist in the daily operations of the landfill site.
• Perform manual labor tasks including picking up and disposing of waste materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire work property.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work in outdoor environments and various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Basic understanding of safety practices in a labor environment.
• Physical stamina and capability to walk, stand and bend for long periods. 
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
